IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION WRIT PETITION NO.520 OF 2025 Mr. Bhiwaji Lakshma Takle & Ors.
....Petitioners V/S Mr. Surendra Navle Ld. Sub Divisional Officer & Ors.
....Respondents _________ Mr. Vikrant Khare a/w Mr. Pratik Sabrad for the Petitioners. Ms. Tanaya D. Goswami, AGP for Respondents/State. __________ CORAM: SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.
DATE : 13 JANUARY 2025.
P.C.:
1.
It now appears that the learned Minister (Revenue) is available for hearing the revision preferred by the Petitioner. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present Petition. The only anxiety expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner is the fact that the Sub Divisional Officer has fixed the Appeal for final hearing on 14 January 2025. In order to enable the Petitioners to effectively prosecute their Appeal before the learned Minister, the Sub Divisional Officer shall adjourn the proceedings before him by a period of eight weeks.
