In spite of repeated orders of this Court at least since last one year, none of the parties, in compliance with the orders, have placed on record.

Any list indicating as to which of the petitioners are seeking regularization with the employment with the State Government, so that the matters to their extent can be transferred to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. This is unbecoming of the parties not to cooperate with the Court even in respect of such a simple thing. This indifference of the parties, is highly deprecated. 3.

It is made clear that even if the petitioners failed to indicate as to which of the matters would go to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, We shall be hearing all the matters finally on 26th February, 2025 at 02:30 p.m.
