By order dated 26.02.2025, this Court had permitted amendment to be carried out in prayer clause (B) in Writ Petition

(( 3 )) 925-CA-12869-2023 Nos.3489/2015, 6315/2018, 4125/2015, 4145/2015 and 4130/2015. It appears the amendment could not be carried out. 2.

In the light of the prayer made on behalf of the Petitioners for extension of time, we deem it appropriate to grant permission to the Petitioners to carry out the amendment in terms of the said order within two weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners also indicate that there are other Petitions of even years raising similar issues and that the Petitions pertaining to odd years and even years need to be clubbed together for a comprehensive hearing in the matters. 4.

It is further submitted that appropriate steps would be taken on behalf of the Petitioners for clubbing of all such Petitions. Necessary steps in that regard shall also be taken within two weeks from today.
