The learned advocate Mr. Pankaj Kumar for the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 527/2025 at the outset submits that, the petitioner does not want to press the petition as regards challenging vires of the Act is concerned.

After hearing for some time, this Court noticed that respondent Nos. 5-A to 5-E are not represented before this Court. Office note shows that, respondent Nos. 5-A to 5-E are served on merit. In spite of that, none has appeared. The petition is transferred from the Bench at Nagpur to this Court. Before transfer of the matter, rule is already granted by order dated 03.09.2018.
