It is pointed out that the writ petition bearing No.1181 of 2023 touching subject matter of the present writ petition is also pending. The petitioner, therefore, states that he will file appropriate praecipe before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for tagging both the writ petitions and assigning them to one Court. 2.
