There is an alternate remedy of challenge to the order passed by Sub Divisional Officer on 2 July 2024. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present Petition. Reserving the remedy to be exercised by the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Time spent in prosecuting the present Petition shall be considered for condonation of delay in exercise of the alternate remedy.
