While issuing notice on 26th November, 2024 we had observed in our order that the Zilla Parishad shall pay the unpaid salaries to the Petitioners for the duration they have worked prior to the returnable date in this matter. The returnable date was 14th January, 2025. Still, the Zilla Parishad has not paid the unpaid salary Kartikeya

In view of the above, we are directing the State Government to stop the salary of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Zilla Parishad, Solapur since our order has been disobeyed. The salary would be stopped until the salary of these Petitioners is paid. We grant liberty to the Zilla Parishad to circulate this Petition for modification of this order, only after the salaries of the Petitioners is paid.
