Our attention is invited to the Order dated 28th January, 2025 passed by this Court. The learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 submits that the salaries of the Petitioners to which they were entitled, now have been paid. In this view of the matter, there is no reason to continue with the directions contained in the paragraph-2 of this Court's Order, whereby the State Government was directed to stop the salary of the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad, Solapur. Salary of the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Talwalkar
