Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for Respondent No. 1(Mr. Nishit Keshavlal Shroff) the proposed legal heir of original Defendant No.1. None appears for Respondent Nos. 7 to 9, despite service. An Advocate is engaged for Respondent No.7, who is not present today.

Perusal of the prayer clause (b) of the Chamber Summons shows that a composite prayer is made for bringing Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 as Defendant Nos. 1(a) to 1(c) on record along with adding Respondent Nos. 4 to 7/subsequent purchasers as party Defendant Sneha Chavan

Considering that this is a composite prayer for bringing legal heirs as well as adding third party, no order can be passed today in absence of counsel for the third party/subsequent purchaser. 4.
