My attention is invited to an order passed in Appeal from Order on Page No.125. The Suit is of the year 1997 and hence, there was a direction to dispose of the Suit within one (1) year. Accordingly, the trial Court is granting short adjournments. The Plaintiff has filed an Affidavit of Examination-in-Chief but it is without amendment. 4.
