Mr. Tarde, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1, who is the Plaintiff in RCS No. 56 of 2022 submits that Respondent No.1 has no ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL objection to allow the Petition and permit the Petitioner-Defendant No.1 by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.02.14 10:31:13 +0530 to lead the evidence.

By the impugned order dated 3rd September 2024, the learned Civil Judge has closed evidence of Defendant No.1. Since the Plaintiff has no objection to allow the Petition and the said course would also advance the cause of substantive justice by providing an effective 1/2

The Petitioner/Defendant No.1 shall lead the evidence on 14th February 2025. It is hereby made clear that Defendant No.1 shall not seek any adjournment for adducing evidence.
