The Counsel appearing for the Petitioner Mr. Mendadkar acknowledges the receipt of copy of vigilance cell report tendered by the learned Additional Government Pleader Mr. Kakade. Mr. Mendadkar acknowledges the same and submits that the response to the vigilance cell report shall be submitted before the Committee on or before 31st January, 2025. 2.

We are informed that the hearing of the matter is already scheduled on 5th February, 2025. Mr. Mendadkar further Talwalkar

901.WP626.2025.odt states that the Petitioner shall complete his hearing on the said date and shall not seek any adjournment in the matter. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, which is accepted on record, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the Petition by directing the Respondent Committee to make available the copy of the order deciding the claim for issuance of validity, in any case by 15th March, 2025. Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off.
