One of the contentions urged by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that without placing the case of the petitioner before the Civil Services Board in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court in T.S.R. Subramanian and Ors. Vs. Union of India and Ors., (2013) 15 SCC 732, the impugned order of transfer has been issued. This aspect has not been considered by the Central Administrative Tribunal. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents seeks time of two weeks to obtain necessary instructions.
