We are not inclined to entertain this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, considering the settled principles of law as laid down by the Supreme Court including the recent decision of the Constitution Bench of this Court, as a relief that the petitioner's case be directed to be taken up for hearing out of turn, by the Revisional Authority, cannot be granted.

In the aforesaid circumstances, Writ Petition is dismissed, however, keeping open all contentions in the Revisional proceedings as and when they are taken up for the hearing.

No costs.
