Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the structure which is subject matter of the present petition was constructed in between the year 2008-2010 pursuant to the permission granted by the Gram Panchayat. The Collector, on the basis of Regulations, 2014, which according to the petitioner are not applicable and cannot be applied retrospectively, has called upon the SDO to take appropriate action against the unauthorised construction.

Till next date, no action be taken against the structure which is subject matter of this petition.
