The learned Advocate for the Petitioners relies upon the Full Bench Judgment delivered by this Court, dated 12.4.2024, in Writ Petition No. 2394 of 2015, at the Aurangabad Bench (Smt. Sunanda Ashok Sonawane v/s. District Judge, District Court, Dhule & Ors.), the Judgment dated 21.9.2013, delivered by this Court in Writ Petition No. 2358 of 2013 & connected matters (Kiran Namdeo Shinde & Ors. v/s. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.) and the Order dated 18th March, 2024 delivered by this Court at the Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No. 2986 of 2024 (Pandurang Bapurao Matal & Ors. v/s. State of Talwalkar

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits in response to the contention of the learned Addl. G.P. that these Petitioners would tender their individual representations to Respondent Nos. 4 and 5, depending upon the jurisdiction, within a period of 30 days from today.

In view of the above, we direct Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to deal with the representations of these Petitioners and pass an appropriate reasoned order by following the due procedure laid down in law, within 60 days from the date of receipt of the representations. Copies of the said orders would be served upon the Petitioners through their Email addresses or WhatsApp cell number, which they would mention in their individual representations. Needless to state, the Judgments cited before us, would be considered by the Authorities.
