By this application, the applicant/petitioner prays for restoration of this petition which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 3 March 2025. We note that the only respondent - State was represented by the Additional Government Pleader. The other respondents did not appear. In this view of the matter, we are inclined to grant restoration considering the averments as made in the interim application.
