The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner states that he has instructions to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to file it afresh. This liberty is sought because after the issuance of the show cause notice, and which was challenged in the above Writ Petition, an order JANUARY 27, 2025 Aswale

46.wp.659.25.doc has also been passed on the said show cause notice. Therefore the Petitioner would also like to challenge the said order.

The learned counsel for the Respondents submitted that without prejudice to all their rights and contentions, they have no difficulty if the Petitioner is allowed to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty as prayed.

In view of the aforesaid consensus, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. No order as to costs. 5.
