This Writ Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenges the impugned order dated 20 March 2023, passed by the Competent Authority, Konkan Division, Mumbai.

Mr.Patil, advocate appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is staying in the suit premises along with her 1/2

He further submits that the Petitioner's husband has caused the Petitioner mental harassment and therefore, certain proceedings are pending between the Petitioner and her husband. He further submits that the Petitioner's husband has not paid the maintenance amount to the Petitioner. Therefore, distress warrant has been issued against the husband of the Petitioner. He submits that if the notices are issued, some amicable settlement can be arrived at. 4.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 22 January 2024. Humdast is permitted. In addition to the Court notice, the Petitioner is permitted to serve the Respondents by private notice and file an affidavit of service before the next date of hearing. The matter to be placed high on board. 5.

All parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
