In the affidavit in reply filed through one B. S. Rathore, Assistant Commissioner affirmed on 12th February 2024, there is very serious allegation made against petitioner in paragraph 9. We would have expected petitioner to file rejoinder which has not been done till date.

Mr. Raichandani states that within one week, rejoinder would be filed dealing with the allegation in affidavit in reply.

ppn 2/2 408.wp-672.24.doc Petitioner shall annex to the affidavit in reply, a copy of Aadhar card, Pan card, a certificate of proof of address from the bank where petitioner has an account which is linked to the GST portal, passport and recent mobile bill for mobile number 8447812469. If it is a pre-paid number, then petitioner shall load some more money in the phone number and annex a copy of the screenshot of credit received. This affidavit shall be filed and a copy be served within one week.
