In this writ petition, the petitioner, inter alia, seeks to quash and set aside a letter dated 25th October 2024 issued by respondent no. 3 and to declare that the subject land is not wet land. The petitioner has claimed the aforesaid relief on the strength of a communication dated 16th September 2017 issued by respondent no. 1 as well as a communication dated 4th April 2018 issued by respondent no. 3 stating that the land in question is not wet land.

Learned Government Pleader appears on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and waives service of notice and Ms.Swati Sagvekar, learned counsel appears for respondent no.3 and waives service of notice.
