In this writ petition, the petitioner, inter alia, has assailed the validity of order dated 8th August 2024 issued by respondent no. 3 and to declare the subject lands as not wet lands. The aforesaid relief in the writ petition is claimed on the strength of letter dated 4th April 2018 issued by respondent no. 3 and a communication dated 16th September issued by respondent no. 1 stating that the subject lands are not wet lands.

Learned Government Pleader appears on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and waives service of notice and Ms.Swati Sagvekar, learned counsel appears for respondent no.3 and waives service of notice.
