It is submitted by the learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner that the Petitioner was allotted Plot No.A-350. Plot No.A350/1 that is adjacent to Petitioner's existing Plot No.A-350 was also allotted to it. However, on 28th September 2015, Plot No.A-350/1 was stated to be recorded as Government Forest Land and no activities thereon were permitted. Subsequently on 16th November 2021, by issuing a corrigendum, the Petitioner was allotted Plot No.A-829. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 22nd February 2024.

The learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for the Respondent Nos.1, 4 to 6. Other Respondents be served by all permissible modes.
