Insofar as, fresh petition filed by Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (Writ Petition (St.) No. 8522 of 2025), respondent nos. 1 to 5, namely, official respondents are yet to file reply affidavit. We direct respondent nos. 1 and 3 to file their respective affidavits and the same be placed on record. We also direct respondent nos. 6 and 7 to place on record their 24 March 2025

List the matter on 7 April, 2025 (H.O.B.) when we shall proceed to hear the parties and pass appropriate orders.
