Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is SHRIKANT SHRINIVAS MALANI Date: 2025.06.11 13:32:18 +0530 of the opinion that although the two Courts below concurrently held against the petitioner, this petition deserves immediate hearing for final disposal in the light of the fact that the most of the relevant documents have been filed along with the petition itself.

The respondent can be granted some time to place on record any further documents that may be necessary to assist this Court. 3.

On the next date of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner shall keep a short list of dates along with notes of submissions ready for the perusal of this Court. Copies of judgments on which reliance is sought to be placed shall also be kept ready, an advance copy being served on the learned counsel for the respondent, so that hearing and disposal is facilitated.
