Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Both these petitions challenge the very same impugned order passed by the respondent-State in revisional jurisdiction.

In these petitions one of the principal grounds of challenge raised is that the contesting respondent sought variation of the mutation entry after a delay of about 67 years. 4.
In view of the above, issue notice for final disposal, returnable on 29th July 2025 (High on Board). 5.
Ms. Chipade, learned AGP, waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 4 in Writ Petition No. 408 of 2025 and Mr. Rajan, learned AGP, waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in Writ Petition No. 722 of 2025. Ms. Shinde, learned counsel, waives notice on behalf of respondent No.2 in Writ Petition No. 408 of 2025 and respondent No.4 in Writ Petition No. 722 of 2025. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner in Writ Petition No. 722 of 2025, waives notice on behalf of respondent No.3 in Writ Petition No. 408 of 2025.
