Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

He submits that this Court protected the membership of respondent No.5 by order dated 11.12.2023 passed in Writ Petition No.15075 of 2023. However, the Collector misread this order and illegally cancelled the program of the election of the new Sarpanch and Upa-Sarpanch. There is ground to consider the petition.
