At the request of Dr. Saraf, learned Advocate General, stand over to 27th November 2025. To be placed on the Supplementary Board, to enable the State Government to submit a report with respect to the utilization of the seeds supplied by the petitioner and where the balance seeds and plants are lying. The report to also include the amount due to be paid to the petitioner for utilization of the seeds/plants, till date. The said report to be submitted to this Court, on the next date.
