The matter was mentioned for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 27th November 2025. Mr. B.V. Samant, learned Addl.G.P. appearing for the respondent stated that while disposing the petition, in Paragraph No.7 of the order dated 27th November 2025 inadvertently an error has crept in wherein Clause (d) and (e) of Paragraph No.7 are wrongly placed in Paragraph No.7. He submits that the said Clauses i.e. (d) and (e) must be separate clauses and it should be reflected as directions of the Court. Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not dispute the same.

Hence, Paragraph Nos.7(d) and 7(e) of the order are corrected and renumbered as under :- "7A. We make it clear that in case the DNA profiling is positive, the respondent - State to pay the amount due to the petitioners within the period of three weeks thereafter by expediting the process of approval from the department.

We also make it clear that in case the DNA profiling is negative, the petitioner to adopt such appropriate remedies as may be advisable in law."
