Challenge raised in these writ petitions is to the requirement of the petitioners who are conducting Under Graduate courses in Management and Computer Application to have themselves regulated under the All India Council for Technical Education Act, 1987. It is urged that till date, it was only the post-graduate programmes that were being regulated. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12/02/2024. Respondents be served by all permissible modes. Respective counsel 1/2
