By the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the Tahsildar to take necessary steps to fix the boundaries of land bearing Survey No. 128/8/A, mauje Kalamb, Taluka - Ambegaon, District -Pune.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the Tahsildar has taken cognizance of the Petitioner's proceedings and has fixed the next date therein as 11.02.2025 at 3.00 p.m.

In view of the aforesaid, since the Tahsildar is seized of the aforesaid proceedings, it would be open for the Petitioner to participate therein and seek redressal of his grievance.
