These matters pertain to the dispute between the Petitionersemployees of the Respondent- Management as regards their claim of arrears based on revised pay. The learned counsel for the parties state that before proceeding further they would explore the possibility
Husen 3 34 WP-5681-2024 group.doc whether the matter can be resolved through mediation. Accordingly, they have suggested the name of Mr. Rajiv Patil, Senior Advocate of this Court as a Mediator.

The Coordinator, High Court Mediation Center will contact the learned Mediator and provide necessary papers and thereafter, with consultation with the learned Mediator and the parties, will fix the schedule for Mediation.
