1) Mr. Patil, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an application for correction of mistakes in the Scheme finalised in accordance with the provisions of Section 32(4) of the Maharashtra Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1947. Reserving the liberty so prayed for, the Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of. 2) In order to enable the Petitioner to effectively prosecute the application under the provisions of Section 31A of the Act and to pray for stay on implementation of the Scheme, the Scheme finalised vide order dated 3 October 2024 shall not be implemented qua the Petitioner for a period of 4 weeks.
