By our order dated 16th July 2024, we had disposed of Writ Petition No.823 of 2024 by issuing certain directions that had to be complied with within the timeline set up.

Now, the College of Engineering Pune ("COEP"), which was required to submit its report by 6th August 2024, has requested an extension of 30 days. Accordingly, Learned Counsel for the 4th Respondent has filed a praecipe seeking modification and extension. 6th August 2024

The request is reasonable. Accordingly, the COEP is permitted to file its report by 6th September 2024 instead of 6th August 2024.
