Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner invites the attention of the Court to an order passed in CRA/116/2025, whereby while permitting the applicant therein to withdraw the CRA/116/2025, this Court had requested the trial Court to make an endeavour to hear and decide the suit as expeditiously as possible.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the order pertains to Suit No.1248/2021. In connection with the same subject matter, the petitioner has instituted SC Suit No.1894/2021. The said suit may also be directed to be heard simultaneously with SC Suit No.1248/2021. The learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that both the suits 1/2

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petition stands disposed with a request to the learned Judge, City Civil Court, to hear and decide SC Suit No.1894/2021 and SC Suit No.1248/2021, independently yet simultaneously, as expeditiously as possible.
