We have requested Shri Nikam, the learned Advocate, who is Standing Counsel for the Zilla Parishad, Parbhani, to assist the Court. 2.
We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides and perused the Petition paper book. The Petitioner tenders a representation dated 15.01.2024, which is filed after the Petition was filed. The same is marked as 'X' for identification. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would be satisfied, if Respondent No.1 deals with the representation and issues a direction to the company namely, VINSYS IT Services India Pvt. Ltd., to permit the Petitioner to correct the uploaded form, wherein she has
64wp834-24 committed an error. The contention is that she was compelled to fill up her form showing her category as open, instead of EWS. 3.
In view of the said request, this Petition is disposed off. 4.
Let Respondent No.1 deal with the said representation of the Petitioner and initiate appropriate steps as may be permissible in law, within 60 days from today.

The Petitioner requests that offline transfer maybe considered. We leave it to the said authority, either Respondent No.1 or Respondent No.2, to deal with the said request.
