The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad, Nanded submits that the representation dated 05.12.2023, (Page 45-A), would be decided within 30 days.

The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause (A), which reads as under:
(A) To direct the respondents to process and release the benefits of the Petitioner alongwith all consequential service benefits including Pension, Death Gratuity, Commutation of Pension and Leave Encashment etc. with interest @ 18% from the date of his voluntary retirement i.e. 31.10.2023, by issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the like nature, as the case may be."

This Petition is disposed off with the direction to the Zilla Parishad, Nanded that the representation of the Petitioner shall be decided within 30 days and the claims of the Petitioner shall be cleared, if there is no legal impediment, within further period of 30 days.
