This matter was heard for some time. We granted a pass over to the learned AGP to take instructions.

After this matter was called out at 05.00 p.m., the learned AGP submits on instructions that the objections raised by the Petitioners dated 26.10.2023 shall be considered by following the due procedure laid down in law and by taking into consideration the view of all the stake holders, within 21 days .

Needless to state, any orders passed by any Civil Court concerning the said matter would also be taken into account. 4.
