The Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat, which has filed this Petition, is present. He states that the Gram Panchayat intends to engage some other lawyer, however, the Gram Panchayat lacks requisite funds for the said purpose. He therefore requested that matter may be heard through the assistance of Amicus.

Accordingly we appoint Advocate Mr. Kyrus Modi as LGC
