The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, on instructions, that since deficient services have been rendered by the builder and the Petitioners are suffering on account of the conduct of the builder, the Petitioners desire to approach the Consumer Redressal Forum. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions, since the Petitioners desire to approach the Consumer Redressal Forum. All contentions with the cause of action, as regards no water supply, no sanitation plant etc., are kept open and the withdrawal of this Petition would not be an impediment.
