The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner apprehends termination at the hands of the employer. Since the Petitioner is in service, we direct the employer not to terminate his services without following the due procedure laid down in law.
