This direction was issued in view of liberty granted to the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 9656 of 2024 to make such representation. 2] Today it is informed that the petitioner's application has been decided on 03/03/2025.

3] In view of the aforesaid, since the petitioner's representation has been decided, it would be open for him to take appropriate steps and challenge the adjudication dated 03/03/2025 in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved with the same. All points in that regard are kept open. The writ petition as well as the contempt petition are accordingly disposed of.
