The Petitioner is an employee of the Nashik Zilla Parishad. He is residing at Taluka Baglan, District Nashik. He is aggrieved by the impugned order passed at Nashik. Recovery has commenced at the behest of the Nashik Zilla Parishad. The substantive prayers put forth in the Writ Petition, more particularly prayer clause D-1, pertain to the order passed by the Zilla Parishad, Nashik.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that this Petition may be transferred to the Principal Seat. 3.
