Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that these matters are squarely covered by the Judgment dated November 14, 2025 rendered in Writ Petition No.947 of 2024 pertaining to the very same Petitioner, whereby the quantum of dependence on public funds had been examined and the matter had been remanded for consideration by the State Information Commission.
