Oblivious of the contents of the communication dated 10.04.2023 addressed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Shirdi to the Petitioner, this petition has been filed. Perusal of the said communication indicates that the Petitioner's grievance has been redressed. He concedes that he did not take efforts to ask for a copy of the 7/12 extract. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let the Petitioner seek a copy of the 7/12 extract and the same shall be issued by following the due procedure laid down in law within 45 days from the date of the application.
