The challenge raised in these writ petitions is to the action of refusing to grant circulation of the praecipes that were moved by the petitioners for considering interim applications in which prayers for expeditious hearing of the appeals preferred by the respondents were made.

We find that as of today the interim applications moved by the petitioners are pending before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal and the prayers made therein are yet to be considered. It is informed that the next date of the proceedings is 7th March 2025. It would thus be open for Digitally signed by SNEHA ABHAY DIXIT Date:

the petitioners to pursue their interim applications for expeditious hearing of the appeals on the said date before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. If such request is made on that date, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

Keeping all issues on merits open, the writ petitions are disposed of as not entertained.
