Subsequent developments have taken place after the filing of the present Petition in May 2025, inasmuch as a refund rejection order dated 28 July 2025 has been passed and a recovery notice dated 13 January 2026 has thereafter been issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Sales Tax. In these circumstances, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate proceedings.
