In spite of granting four weeks times the Respondent MPSC
Husen 3 10 WP-12074-2023.doc has not filed reply affidavit. We place our disapproval on record. By way of indulgence, stand over to 26 February 2024 under the caption "For Direction".

We direct the Secretary of the Respondent - MPSC to ensure that affidavit in reply is filed by 26 February 2024 in all these petitions more particularly since the grievance is made on behalf of the Municipal Corporation, that because of this litigation the posts are not being filled up, which is hampering the public works.
