Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Due to shortage of time, it is not possible to take up the matters today. Place these petitions on board on 11 June 2024 under the caption "For Directions".

We make it clear that interim arrangements directed in Interim Application No. 6897 of 2024 dated 16 April 2024 were enure to the benefit of the parties stated in the said order on that day and not others. We are informed that there would be nine posts on which there is a contest which are covered by order dated 16 April 2024. We clarify that as regards seven posts, as per order dated 16 April 2024, it will be open to the Respondent - Corporation and the Maharashtra Public Service Commission to take necessary steps to fill up those posts.
