Prima facie it appears that in an application under Section 41D, the Charity Commissioner has passed order directing the Trustees to equally distribute their right of pooja which is beyond the scope of Section 41D of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950.

Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) till 21st April 2025.
